SERVICES Design
/ Bid / Build & System Design
Our design efforts begin with a
thorough understanding of a client's business economics, operations, site
needs, and environmental objectives. Our staff's experience,
combined with the most current technologies available, helps our clients
meet their environmental goals cost-effectively. ART's objective
will be to provide clients with engineering-related information regarding
costs, removal efficiencies, and limitations of various alternatives aimed
at removing contaminants from soil and groundwater. |

System Installation
and Site Cleanup
ART's engineering and
construction know-how provides clients with innovative solutions to
difficult installation problems. ART's staff have completed
installations with minimal disruptions at sites ranging from electric
utility service centers, bulk fuel terminals, airports, service stations,
manufacturing and chemical plants, pulp and paper mills, lumber mills, and
agricultural and chemical facilities.
Remedies and technologies implemented include: soil vapor extraction, in-situ air sparging, in-situ and ex-situ bioremediation, in-situ
treatment barriers, natural attenuation, solidification / stabilization,
soil flushing and washing, air stripping, flocculation / precipitation,
UV/ozonation, ion exchange, and media absorption. |

System Operation and
Maintenance
ART's staff operate and
maintain remediation systems around the clock. Our experienced staff
strive to operate each remediation system optimally and at peak
performance. Contracting with ART for operation and maintenance
services helps clients stay in regulatory compliance while preserving their
valuable human resources.
Many of the treatment systems, when warranted, are designed
with flexible automation and control. Treatment system operations
can be controlled and monitored remotely through the use of telemetry,
programmable logic controller (PLC), and human machine interface (HMI),
saving cost through reduced on-site activities. In addition many
systems are, or can be, fitted with variable frequency drives to reduce
electrical consumption and improve the longevity of pumps and motors.
Utilizing telemetry and HMI, ART's staff can trouble-shoot
efficiently and prepare prior to any on-site maintenance. |

Additional
Services
In addition to providing comprehensive
environmental engineering, and construction services, ART can meet the
needs of clients related to the following services; project planning,
regulatory compliance, preparation of Spill Prevention Control and
Countermeasures Plans (SPCCP), Facility Specific Response Plans (FSRP),
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Integrate Contingency
Plans (ICP), RCRA Hazardous Waste Contingency Plans (HWCP), and Pollution
Prevention Plans (PPP). ART's staff has conducted hundreds of Phase
I and II Site Investigations, Regulatory Compliance Audits, and
Feasibility Studies, in addition to completing design, installation and
operation of remediation systems for state, federal, industrial, and
commercial clients.
ART Staff has performed engineering and construction services for the
replacement and designed new fish passages. In addition ART has
installed drinking water systems for numerous campgrounds. |

|
Experience
ART's staff have worked at
sites ranging from private to state and federal, and from climates and
topography ranging from Alaska to Arizona. We have in-depth
knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations, civil and
environmental engineering, and construction. With this knowledge we
provide turn-key services to our clients that is typically not found in a
small business. Resumes can be submitted upon request.
